Shipping – Australia
Orders will be despatched via Australia Post on Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, and as soon as bank confirmation is received.
We offer a flat shipping fee to all Australian addresses of just $9.95. For any orders of $100 or over freight is free. Please note that this is Standard Postage. Australia Post does issue a tracking number with Standard Postage but they do not automatically have signature on delivery with this option. We also offer a Registered Post option which will enable a signature on delivery. This cost is $13.95. Without this, the parcel may not be subject to reimbursement if it goes missing in transit. We are not liable for packages that go missing after being posted. Please ensure you have a safe place for the package to be left if you won’t be at the delivery address and especially if it is a larger item and visible from the street.
If you would like your order sent by Express Post, please advise at checkout as there is an extra charge for this.
Shipping – Internationally
Hunter & Jade ships internationally and we do have a set rate of $AUD30.00. However if you would like to have your shipping calculated more accurately depending on destination, speed and size of item/s then International buyers please contact us via email at email@example.com to enquire about the cost of postage before placing your order.
Standard delivery time to any Australian address is between 3-10 working days. We aim to post out to you within 24 hours.
Hunter & Jade updates stock availability continually however from time to time stock may not be available. If an order has been placed for an item that is delayed or not available, customers will be informed by email or phone at the earliest possible convenience.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, bank deposit or Australia Post Money Orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order – if you have any problems please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the issue and to receive further instructions.
We will refund or exchange a purchase if it is defective. We cannot accept returns if you change your mind. Please read all descriptions carefully. We will happily accept returns if a product has been incorrectly described. If the product has been correctly described but incorrectly read, we cannot accept a return on it.
If the item is faulty or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
All items have to be returned within 14 days via Registered Post (for proof of posting) in its original condition and packaging, ie. Item is unused, unsoiled and undamaged. Unfortunately shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Upon inspection of the returned item, the item will be exchanged if stock is available. No additional shipping will be charged on replacement of a faulty item. If stock is not available, money will be refunded excluding original postage.
Please note that colours can vary from those shown on your computer.
We provide free gift wrapping. Please advise if you need your parcel gift wrapped and if you would like us to write a message on the accompanying gift tag for the lucky recipient. Please be sure to let us know their address details otherwise we will send the package to the address that is entered at checkout.
